Brian Hoy, CEO

Brian Hoy serves as the CEO of APT Healthcare, a dynamic and rapidly growing network of leading outpatient physical and occupational therapy clinics across the Mid-Atlantic and East Coast.

With three decades of expertise as a licensed Physical Therapist, Brian is a distinguished industry leader renowned for his success in optimizing operations, elevating clinical standards, cultivating a strong company culture, and steering both growth and financial prosperity. He took on the CEO role in 2024, following a highly impactful tenure as COO, a position he held since joining APT Healthcare in March 2020.

Prior to his tenure at APT Healthcare, Brian spent 20 years at Pivot Physical Therapy, where he excelled in various leadership roles including Clinical Operations, Clinical Services, M&A Growth/Integration, and Executive Leadership. His strategic vision and leadership were instrumental in expanding Pivot from its inaugural clinic to a network of 270 clinics by the time he departed.


Geeta Trehan, COO

Geeta brings over two decades of expertise in physical therapy, operations management, compliance, and mergers and acquisitions. With more than 20 years of leadership experience at APT, she has been a pivotal figure since the company's inception. In 2024, Geeta assumed the role of COO. Geeta holds a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Temple University and a Master of Science in Physical Therapy from the Medical College of Virginia. She also earned dual bachelor's degrees in Finance and International Business from the University of Maryland, College Park.

Geeta has played an essential role in APT’s evolution, driving its growth from a single clinic with one employee to a thriving network of over 60 clinics. Before transitioning into physical therapy, Geeta worked with the United States Marshal Service in the Management and Budget Division, further enriching her diverse professional background.


Noah Hogan, CFO

Noah Hogan leads the finance and accounting team at APT and oversees revenue cycle management. He graduated from Rhodes College with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Master’s degree in Accounting. He has over 24 years of experience in finance, accounting and operations.

After working in public accounting and earning his CPA license, he worked in finance at Macquarie Bank in Jacksonville, FL and Toronto, Canada. Noah left Macquarie to join Mortgage Solutions Financial, a GSE approved seller service based in Colorado Springs, where he led finance and servicing as CFO. He later served as President & CFO of ACC, a PE backed, vertically integrated auto dealership and finance company based in Memphis, prior to joining APT in August 2023. He brings with him a wealth of knowledge in capital markets, account servicing, financial modeling and accounting and finance.


Tammy DeFelice, CAO

Tammy has 25 plus years of accounting and finance experience in the healthcare industry, including 17 years within PT.

Prior to joining APT in August 2019, Tammy was Interim CAO for Chase Brexton Health Care where she was responsible for accounting, budgeting, revenue cycle management and procurement.

Tammy was part of Pivot Physical Therapy’s initial corporate team as the Controller. During her tenure, she was responsible for the integration of fifteen acquisitions.

Tammy spent 12 years with Symphony Health Services and its subsidiary RehabWorks, a national provider of contract rehab services.


Scott Erickson, CIO

Scott has 25 years of experience in healthcare IT. Prior to joining APT Healthcare, Scott was the CIO for US Foot and Ankle Specialists, the nation’s largest provider of Podiatry services, where he played a key role in growth as USFAS tripled in size during his five years with the company. Scott has led IT for several early-stage, multi-site ambulatory groups in including Capital Digestive Care (Washington D.C.) and Sister of Charity Health System (Cleveland, OH).

Scott has substantial experience with enterprise Electronic Health Records and Revenue Cycle Management, and he has specialized in healthcare interoperability, using the exchange of electronic health data to optimize costs and outcomes. He also has considerable experience with healthcare data analytics and BI, data warehousing, and cybersecurity.

Scott holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computers Sciences from the University of Colorado and a Master of Business Administration from The Wharton School.
