Eric Nass

Eric Nass, CEO

Prior to joining APT in January 2019, Eric was President of Adfinitas Health, a leading independent hospitalist and post-acute services group in the Mid-Atlantic region providing inpatient care in more than 50 hospitals and skilled nursing facilities.

At Adfinitas, Eric led a geographic expansion strategy (from MD into VA, PA and MI), including expansion of service offerings.

Prior to Adfinitas, Eric served as a principal in several middle market M&A advisory and strategic growth consulting firms. Eric began his career at General Electric, where he spent 10 years, including two years in Corporate M&A and two years as CFO of GE Silicones Europe


Brian Hoy

Prior to joining APT in March 2020, Brian was the Vice President of Clinical Services for Pivot Physical Therapy where he oversaw all aspects of the company’s clinical services and operational excellence programs.

Brian’s experience has led to many roles and responsibilities over the years: Executive Leadership Team, Clinical Excellence Team, Clinical Operations Team, Compliance Team, Administration Team, M&A Integration Team, and EMR Team.

Brian is a dynamic leader who has a strong track record of improving company’s clinical performance, workflow efficiencies, and best practice methods to optimize clinical metrics, maximize value, and drive revenue.


Tammy DeFelice, CFO

Tammy has 25 plus years of accounting and finance experience in the healthcare industry, including 17 years within PT.

Prior to joining APT in August 2019, Tammy was Interim CFO for Chase Brexton Health Care where she was responsible for accounting, budgeting, revenue cycle management and procurement.

Tammy was part of Pivot Physical Therapy’s initial corporate team as the Controller. During her tenure, she was responsible for the integration of fifteen acquisitions.

Tammy spent 12 years with Symphony Health Services and its subsidiary RehabWorks, a national provider of contract rehab services.
